Are sheets and blankets provided?
Sheets blankets and towels are provided for all rooms at no charge.

Are the rooms heated and air conditioned?
Yes, we have central air conditioning and heating systems.

When can I check in?
Check in time is between 1:00 PM and 10.00 PM.

What is the check out time?
Check out time is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. All late check-outs are subject to a penalty fee.

Is there a curfew?
No, we do not have a curfew. You can come and go as you please.

Do you have storage for my things?
Yes, we do offer limited secured storage on a first come first serve basis. Bring your own lock.

Do you provide any meals?
No, we do not serve food but we do have a fully equipped kitchen for use at no charge and complimentary coffee and tea. (The Minneapolis International Hostel is two blocks off Nicollet Ave, also known as "Eat Street" with a variety of restaurants.)

Are the dormitory rooms single sex?
We do not have mixed sex dormitory rooms. We do have same sex dorms and private rooms (male or female). We also have dormitory rooms available for families and small groups.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, traveler cheques, Visa or Master Card and American Express.  Payments can be made using PayPal.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by phone at your earliest convenience. It is our policy that there are no refunds.

How do I change my current reservation?
Changes can be made by sending us an e-mail or by phone.

Do you have weekly rates?
No, we do not have weekly rates.

Do you offer long term housing?
Yes, long term housing may be available during the off-peak seasons. Please contact the management for details.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer on and off street parking. Off street parking is $10 US per night.
